The delivery time may be changed within a reasonable time if there are material and/or manufacturing delays. The warranty period for spare parts is 12 months. Any complaints should be reported to the spare parts department. Zetterbergs Industri AB does not offer a return policy unless agreed upon in writing. We offer a 12-month warranty period for purchased spare parts and components. In case the article is defective upon delivery or breaks down within that time frame, you are welcome to file a complaint with us, provided that the complaint meets our Warranty Policy. You can make your complaint by filling in the form below. Upon handling the complaint, our complaints manager will contact you. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to submit the complaint. Also, the complaint must be made by the customer who purchased the item from us.
A submitted complaint is handled by our responsible personnel. We will register it as soon as possible and provide you with feedback on the status of your complaint.
