Complaint

Please read the following before submitting a complaint:

  • For the warranty to apply, all points in our warranty policy below must be met.
  • We only accept complaints via the form here on the website.
  • We do not accept direct billing to us as a complaint for compensation.
  • Warranty on truck body incl. components and spare parts are valid for 12 months.
  • If the complaint is not approved, the submitted parts will only be returned if this has been specifically stated in the complaint form. Otherwise, they are scrapped immediately.

If all conditions in our warranty policy are met, you are welcome to submit a claim for compensation.

Submitted complaints are handled by the person in charge.
We will register it as soon as we have the opportunity and give you feedback on the current status of your complaint case.
