Spare parts with fast delivery
We have a wide range of spareparts and are proficient in maintaining a high delivery reliability. In most cases, we deliver on the same day you make your order. If we don’t have something in stock today, we can order it directly or forward your request to an appropriate supplier.
For orders placed in the webshop before 09.00 AM we guarantee that standard deliveries are sent the same day.

Superstructures and components for immediate delivery
Claim for spare part or component
We offer a 12-month warranty period for purchased spare parts and components. In case the article is defective upon delivery or breaks down within that time frame, you are welcome to file a complaint with us, provided that the complaint meets our Warranty Policy. You can make your complaint by filling in the form below. Upon handling the complaint, our complaints manager will contact you. If you have any questions, please contact us at reklamation@zetterbergs.se. Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to submit the complaint. Also, the complaint must be made by the customer who purchased the item from us.
A submitted complaint is handled by our responsible personnel. We will register it as soon as possible and provide you with feedback on the status of your complaint.
