You can easily and quickly order original spare parts for your truck body from us. You have the option to shop around the clock in our webshop, where you’ll find our most common products. If you don’t find what you’re looking for or would like a quote for your spare part, you can submit a spare parts request by filling out a form directly on our website. Of course, you’re also welcome to call us, but for faster service, we recommend using the webshop or our online form.

Shop 24/7 in our webshop
Even if you are an existing customer, you need to register as a web customer to shop in our webshop. Becoming a web customer is easy—just register as a user. Once we’ve received your information, you will receive your login credentials via email.
If you are not an existing customer, you need to register your details so we can offer you the option to shop on invoice. Once you have registered, your information will be entered into our business system, and a credit check will be conducted. As soon as we have processed your information, you will receive your login credentials via email.

Claim for spare part or component
We offer a 12-month warranty period for purchased spare parts and components. In case the article is defective upon delivery or breaks down within that time frame, you are welcome to file a complaint with us, provided that the complaint meets our Warranty Policy. You can make your complaint by filling in the form below. Upon handling the complaint, our complaints manager will contact you. If you have any questions, please contact us at reklamation@zetterbergs.se. Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to submit the complaint. Also, the complaint must be made by the customer who purchased the item from us.
