If you experience issues with your product during the warranty period (12 months from the date of receipt according to the proof of delivery), you can easily report the damage here. We strive to ensure your peace of mind with your purchase and handle warranty cases quickly and efficiently. Note! The report can only be submitted by a party that has entered into an agreement with Zetterbergs, meaning the one who paid the invoice for the product, which is typically a dealer.
